At GDS Interiors, we take marketing one of your largest assets very seriously. We know that your home is unique and deserves to be showcased in a way that speaks directly to its ideal buyer. People remember how a space makes them feel and our job is to tailor that experience for them by showcasing your home’s best features, in turn yielding you the highest sales price possible.

With over a decade of experience in the industry, we combine classic design principles with innovative techniques to create truly unique spaces. We never rely on trends to dictate our sense of style and approach, we come to each project with a fresh perspective. From small to large-scale projects, we bring our A-game every time.
No copy/paste solutions here, only good design and great execution. Our work has been recognized by numerous awards and we’ve even had the pleasure of designing and dressing sets for an HGTV series. We believe that each home is unique and beautiful, so we put a great deal of time and care into selecting furniture, decor, and finishes that highlight those features.

the process
We’re excited to offer this specialty service to homeowners and realtors who want to make sure their listings are the best they can be. With two parts to the service, we’ll make sure your property is picture perfect before it’s time to show it off to the world.
part one:
The Consultation
We can’t wait to help you make your home a showstopper! Our expert stager will come to your home and walk through it with you and/or your real estate agent. This helps us understand the unique features of your home and the scope of the service we can offer you. Our stager is also available to give recommendations for minor cosmetic updates like painting, switching out light fixtures, adding cabinet knobs and so much more! We’re here to help you make a lasting impression.
part two:
The Styling
Sit back and relax! Let us handle the hard work. At the second appointment, our expert team will transform your space to showcase its best features. From rearranging furniture to repositioning decor, we’ll make sure every detail is just right. Our goal is to make your home photo-ready, so you can list with confidence. We recommend scheduling your photoshoot right after our team has worked their magic.
Let’s talk rental
Filling in an empty room provides depth and scale to buyers looking online and sometimes additional items are needed to show the optimal layout and function of a space.
In these situations, we partner with Cort Furniture Rental to give you a customized, comprehensive styling service that fits your home’s specific needs.
the rental process
how it works

At the consultation, our designer will assess your need for supplemental inventory rental.

Our team will curate an online shopping cart through Cort Furniture Rental, with everything you need.

We send you the link to order the furniture for the date of the styling.

On styling day, we instruct the Cort delivery team on where to place the rental items.

We style around the furniture and everything looks stunning for photos!
06
At the end of the rental term, Cort picks up the furniture.

We can provide you with resources for donation or consignment of household items, furniture, and more…
We can arrange for our movers to deliver to these locations or your storage unit.
